Ironman participants are part of a global family of special athletes who share a common, eternal bond. As that family grows, we continue to seek meaningful ways to deepen and expand the relationship with each of those athletes. Working with Active.com, WTC began consolidating all of the historical information for all previous Ironman finishers, then created a comprehensive new personal account for each one, with a unique identification number linked to that account.

This unique identification number is free, and moves the relationship with Ironman athletes around the world to a whole new level

Here is what you get:

- Unique Ironman ID Number
- Secure Ironman ID account accessible at http://www.ironmanlive.com/id
- Streamlined online event registration process at Active.com
- Exclusive access to Ironman Message Boards
- Direct link to all your previous Ironman race results in one location!

2004 Ironman Lottery Deadline

The Ironman Triathlon World Championship selects 200 athletes each year to participate through a lottery system. One hundred and fifty of the athletes will be selected from the United States applicants and fifty athletes will be selected from other countries. The Ironman Triathlon World Championship is one of the most in demand athletic events in the world. Qualifying gets more difficult each year, so the lottery is another option to enter the race.
