2004 Town of Hempstead Triathlon Results

Rich Gregory of Garden City captured his fourth Town of Hempstead Triathlon title Sunday (9/12/04), completing the course in 1:04:34.24, almost three seconds faster than runner-up Tommy Londino of Seaford.

Merrie LaRossa of Bellmore won her fourth women's title with a time of 1:09:14.16, finishing sixth overall. Defending women's champion Barbara Cronin-Stagnari of Mineola finished second in the women's group and 19th overall at 1:13:41.03.
